Clos de Vougeot Grand Cru 98 :
The colour is black and aromas of ripe fruit explode on the nose. The wine begins round and silky, then bursts with flavours, a masterful example of balance leading to a layer of delicate, silky tannins which give the wine the power to age at least two decades.

Grand Echezeaux Grand Cru 98 :
Deeply coloured, with purplish hues, inviting aromas of ripe fruit precedes the first sip. An initial impression of finesse gives the wine an ethereal character. The finish is rich and powerful. Monumental.
